Breeze Birthing are a team of 3 Hypnobirthing mums and practitioners of The Wise Hippo Birthing Programme. After our own personal experiences, we just had to make it our mission to educate and empower expectant couples so they too can experience birth as they wish to.

So what is Hypnobirthing?
